Once in a countryside small village, Joy was out to buy lemons for a lonely old neighbour whom he saw was waiting for a bus. He offered his help to go market for her to kill time as he was bored sitting and doing nothing at home on weekend.
On the way bus met with a bad accident where many lost their life. Joy was one of them.
Call it a destiny or bad luck.. one thing is true, If time comes and death is written at specific place and time, destiny will take where one needs to be.

Now.. Was Joy at a wrong place at a wrong time or just that Old neighbour was lucky enough or her time was yet to come and it was Joy who needed to be in that fateful bus as per his destiny?

Alone she was enjoying a glass of wine at her favourite topfloor  terrace flat at famous highrise apartment to celebrate first anniversary of her book that published last year. It was a blockbuster supernatural novel.
Midnight view of the beautiful glittering street lights n billboards from her bedroom terrace seems as if stars scattered around.
With a soft music n glass of wine she was enjoying the view when suddenly sound of a thud brought her back to the senses.
She kept wine glass on a small table and slowly moved towards the big glass terrace door opening towards her bedroom  and looked around, there was no one, but a book kept on a bedside table was on floor. Slowly she went inside, picked up a book n kept on table. She felt presence of someone inside room as if staring at her, but there was no one.
The soft pastel curtains was swiftly swaying with a breeze. She checked the time, it as 3.02 a.m. She turned around n walked again towards terrace and took a glass of wine, sat on a chair, mind occupied with the wierd instances she just experienced.
Brushing aside thoughts thinking must be her mind playing games due to sleepy she finished glass of wine and got up.  Feeling sleepy she walked towards bedroom and froze by the sight. She saw a woman sleeping on her bed with the same book besides which had fallen minutes earlier.  Slowly she turned her to see a face and screamed in horror looking at the uncanny resemblance they both had except a blood oozing out from her head injury. The blow on her head had killed her instantly.
With a trembling hand she lifted book that was beside her. It was the same book she had published a year ago.
Hurriedly she went towards the mirror, there was no reflection of her. Slowly events of the night unfolded. She was out with her friends for dinner to celebrate her success. There she was followed by her rival who had accused her of stealing his work. On the pretext of congratulating her with apology he came to her house and killed her with blow on her head with a heavy metal vase.

While Fighting with the Invisible Enemy, we found Pure soul within Us.

Nothing matters more than a healthy life, roof on head and well being of lovedones with basic necessities to live.
One thing these trying period depicts is no one is interested how decorative one’s life is, who is earning how much, social status, luxuries everything took backstage or i will say disappeared from the world. All that matters is WELLBEING.
Love, support, helping hand for each other no matter rich or poor, caste, creed all those man made border is no where to be seen and that i see positive that keeps the world going and hope restores, and yes with less pollution the nature is beautiful around.
I believe positive changes will stay forever even after these invisible enemy leaves the world. Hope that day will come soon.

Earth is healing and so do soul on this planet.

Love At First Sight. 

With every word she spoke, he was falling for her. He hardly abled to pay attention towards her. He couldn’t stop admiring her soft skin, small sharp nose, pink lips and beautiful eyes with long lashes. She was the true definition of beauty.
She had saved his life by holding him when his leg slipped near the deep gorge when he decided to go alone on first day of trip to enjoy dawn. After that they had met twice before recent meeting. Later once while coming back with friends from exploring nearby places he saw her. He started walking towards her when one of his friend called him saying car is parked this side then where he was going opposite. He hastily replied to wait n will greet her and come by pointing towards her. Confused they asked to whom as their was no one insight. She was gone.
He wanted to meet her before going back from small vacation. Since the time he saw her, it was difficult for him to get her out of his thoughts.
“I think I Love You ‘ he blurted out. She stopped and kept Staring at him.
“What do you know about me?”she asked him.
He was silent.
“Come with me. I want to show you something. “
She started walking, he followed her.
It was a beautiful morning with snow white carpet on earth. She stood at one point near a small tree. The sun was softly shining through it. She turned around facing him and pointing towards the tree, “This is my place.”
One look at the boughs of tree he laughed. “You are funny.” He said
“I was killed and was buried here..”she coldly uttered staring at the tree.
He looked at her in horror “Ohh.. so I am in love with ghost then…” he continued laughing aloud.
She looked at him deeply.
He said, “Look, seriously.. i can’t get you away from my mind since first time I saw you. There is something in you tha….”
She vanished. He froze.

There is always a reason behind the Act.

Do people realize they are treating bad to the one who loves them or transforms into negative person unknowingly.

Does hatred is so much important in life for them to showcase on someone they knows truly loves them, but some incident happens in life which they never thought when they weren’t in touch and that becomes a reason for their anger that changed them completely and hatred in heart towards them so much that its derives them apart.

Yes i know i am no one to judge or reprimand anyone for their choice òf treating others. Everyone is free to act as per their choice, but what if that other whom they are treating  bad or misunderstanding is me, myself?

One needs to understand that sometimes it os possible that they can be wrong too in the first place, which they choses convinient to ignore their own mistakes.

The heart that truly loves accept them even with their mistakes as they see n want only their love and scare losing person once again, but they forget that this acceptance make other believe that they are wrong and they keep insulting, hurting to such level that at one point we think its better to be apart for the sake of own self respect and to keep respect for feelings and love for them.
The only thing I want to say here is, its a thin line between good and bad that we are walking in life and it doesn’t take a minute to change a person from good, bad or worst in life.

‘We all are villain in someone’s life.’ I read these line somewhere and I totally agree.

One should think twice before treating others by keeping themselves in their place and think how would they have reacted if they were in that place or how they would have felt if someone treated them the way they are treating just because they are angry. If they do so it will make them understand what they are doing or becoming?? Remember there are thousands of good memories, time that spent that matters, not one mistake or misunderstanding. One incident should not become the reason to hate who truly loves you from the heart.
Sometimes they should understand its your ownself action is the reason knowingly or unknowingly behind the act that is bothering you. Try to understand the situation of that time before breaking all ties.
Anger changes person and everyone has the right to vent it off on the person they loves i completly agree, but they need to carefully understand situation, if the other person tells you everything their side of story, before judging them.
Relationships are blessings and it takes seconds to break years of togetherness.. t be it with friends, families or loved ones. Try to resolve rather than walkoff.

This.. That… Or Something Else?

When mind is not at peace..everything goes wrong… still confused its my day that is bad or the situations that are cropping or is it my plans not working as per I thought it will or just that i am OVERTHINKING.
Its so frustrating when we are so sure everything will fall in place, but it goes otherwise and then we try every trick still nothing workout and only thing left is to wait n watch n believe some miracle will happen.
Atleast In my case .. I need to wait n watch.. Time will tell.

It Follows You … Shadow 

‘A single source of light on a dark path… few dare to walk, sometimes sense someone is there while walking alone.
The classic advice..
Don’t stop, don’t turn, don’t react to the sound… just ignore n walk as fast as you can.
But…
What if you see a shadow following you..
You reach your destination thinking you are now safe, but then you still feel its presence you brush your thought and switch off the light… then suddenly you see a shadow next to you in the night dim light.’

“Stop..this is nonsense.” he says n gets up.. “m going home.”

“Beware.. your lane is haunted i heard..”
“Shutup.”
“Bye. Be safe.”
He waves to his friend n walks off from his friend’s Apartment. 
At 2.45 am On the dark lane with a single source of light walking  alone he feels uneasy… He strongly feels he is not alone.

The Trapped Soul.

Looking from afar, silhoutte of a beautiful castle surrounded by water truly defines the word beauty.
Eyes are hypnotised who admire it are unaware of dark secrets hidden behind long walls.
No one ever noticed dark clouds that hover above beautiful castle.
Like lake  is calm above but strong currents flowing below..
These castle too has dark chapters hidden behind its beauty.
Walls are screaming for ages, crying in pain.. trying to tell everything they witnessed.

‘Long ago lived a beautiful princess who was never allowed to set her feet in the outside world…
who never experienced beauty of dancing in the rain.. who never ran into the open fields chasing colorful butterflies…
Who never laughed carelessly or whose beautiful long hairs never played in the wild breeze…

She was made prisoner in her own kingdom by her own father

Small window was her only connection to the outside world. Her curious eyes admired beauty of the nature till her eighteenth birthday.. Alas! It was the last day of her life.

Sadly her soul still trapped inside the castle waiting for freedom since decades from the clutches of a cursed magic her father believed that if young soul kept trapped in the glass bottle will bring good fortune.

He killed her on her eighteenth birthday, her soul captured for good fortune. Least he knew that was the beginning of the end of his glory.

For Mental Health.. Meditate.

As a yoga and meditation trainer by profession I would love to share basic intructions on meditation to lead a peaceful or I say to maintain calm in stressful situation on today’s #SoCS prompt “Instruction” 

Every other day at almost every corner of the world news about hatred, negativity is spreading like wild fire. In these situation it is difficult and challenging to maintain mental imbalance and it is a serious issue as directly or indirectly it affects our mind. Most of the time we dont even realize it.

Its always better to spare a few minutes to meditate. If you Start your day with meditation you will feel whole day energetic and positive. If you can’t spare time at morning atleast meditate before you sleep. In short, day or night include the practice of meditation in your daily life for maintaining your mental health.

Instructions.
1. Sit or lie (whatever comfortable or suitable) at a quiet place.
2. Close eyes inhale then slowly exhale.
3. Concentrate on breathing.
4. Push any thought that comes to your mind, try to focus on breathing pattern. Keep your mind free of thoughts, problems. Your focus should be on breathing. Initially it will be difficult but with daily practice one can achieve the result.
5. Meditate and lead a healthy life. It really help to remain calm in a stressful situations and there are many other benefits too. Keep practicing and lead a healthy positive life.
