Attempt #6

When I talk about my experiences on an encounter with spirits or negative energy or say Ghost… very few believes my story. Most thinks I am lying or it’s just my imagination or my mind’s trick.

Many believe Ghosts don’t exists at all. But I dont think so, for me GHOST EXISTS. Whoever had an experience will believe me.

I don’t get angry on peoples who don’t want to believe that spirits exists around us. Afterall Its like UFO… those who witnessed unsual object flying in the sky knows its true, others will never trust on story like this.

In the universe if positive energy exists, then there should be negative energy too everyone atleast believes that… right??. If we trust nature or life exists because of Supreme power above us that guides, protects even if no one had actually seen ‘The Almighty’, but almost everyone believes its existence, then why not on encounter with spirits be possible which actually happens with some peoples like me??

There are too many ifs, buts, whats in this topic which very few will actually agree with me. But I take it like a kind of experience very few can have in their life….

In that case I had many such experiences till now.

Written For The Prompt SoCS ‘Limb‘

On his way back home after work in the dark night, he heard a strange sound. A crackling sound of a branch that comes when someone’s swinging. The strange was the time. It was past 2a.m. He thought, “Who will swing at this odd hour that too in the dark woods.” He had heard about strange sounds in the night stories of the area from the locals in the past. He decides to venture in the dark forest and starts climbing on the hilly slopes on the left side from where the sounds where coming. Now the crackling sound was clear and then he saw her. A girl with her head down was swinging on the wooden swing that was hanged by the iron chains on one of the large limb of a tree. He felt a sudden chill going down from his spine. She abrubtly stops swinging and the whole place engulf in silence. Few minutes later she raises her head and stares towards him. He freezed on the spot while she walks slowly towards him. 

Then he saw her closely, a young girl with long black hairs, dark eyes and the beautiful face. She whisperes, “Leave this place Now or they will do what they did to Me. I can’t leave this place but you can… It’s 3.a.m… LEAVE NOW before they come.”  He was relieved to find out that she was not a ghost, but a girl who was trapped in dangerous situation. He asks her, “Why can’t you leave this place? Come with Me, lets get out from here together and what they did to you??”  She calmly replies, “They Killed Me.”  Then Screams, “LEAVE NOW…”  and disappears.

Scared by the encounter of the spirit he stood there in shock and suddenly hears a sound of gushing wind around him. He feels negativity in the whole place. Everything seems more dark and dangerous. He felt something was behind him and runs without looking back and stops once he reach the main lane. He saw the time.. It was 3.05 a.m.

He hurriedly walks towards his house, opens the door, enters and while he turns to shut the door, he glances towards the dark woods. There she was standing near the big tree smiling at him and disappears. Seeing her again didn’t scared him. He knew she is a good spirit who saved his life but felt bad for her.

Few days later, he hears the same sound of someone swinging at night. He remembers her beautiful face. The sound stops and he glances at the left side. She was standing near the same big tree smiling at him. He smiles back and she disappears in the dark.
