Some Incidents Are Beyond Imagination.

It was a dark night and she was standing alone near the edge of the cliff. Silent, calm, hairs swaying in the soft breeze, her gaze staring blank in to the dark.
He was hiding  behind a big stone and watching her from distance. He checked time, it was 2 A.m. Little confused to see beautiful young girl alone at odd hours on the mountaintop.
He had heard haunting story about woman’s screams coming  from atop from locals and decided to treak alone to find out the truth as he don’t believe in ghosts and spirits.
‘She doesn’t seem ghost to me as she is too beautiful to be ghost.’ He thought and laughed on his own thought. But who is she and what she is doing at this odd hour.
“Suicide??” He blurted out loud. she turned around.
“Hi” He walked towards her .
She smiled, “You thought I am here for suicide?”
“Ummm… Actually yessss… You alone at this deserted place. Not afraid?”
“No .. I love to be here when there is no one. I feel like this is my place.”
“Yes, it’s beautiful and serene, but attached with scarry stories. Doesn’t that scares you to be here alone?”
“Have you heard her cries?”
“I am a tourist n tonight m here to hear that scream.”
“You are not scared?”
“I don’t believe and now that you said you are regular here proves all that stories are false. “
He looked at her, She smiled at him. They both stood silent staring deep into the dark from the top of the cliff. The clear starry skies, twinkling stsrs everything was beautiful. The air now was getting freezing cold, too difficult to bear. Silence broken by beep of his digital wristwatch.
He checked the time, “3.15 am. I set alarm as locals said at this time usually they had heard her piercing scream.”
He looked at her. She was walking closer to the edge.
“Hey Its dark, don’t venture too close to the edge.”
She kept walking and stood at the edge then turned towards him, smiled and jumped from the cliff with the painful scream.
“Noooo.. ” He shouted and ran towards the edge only to see darkness. There was eerie silence in the atmosphere.

He stopped car near the bench where old man was sitting.
“Excuse me. Can you tell me this lane takes to new cemetery?”
“Sorry Son, I don’t know. I was buried at old cemetery 80years ago.” Old man replied pointing towards old cemetery at the backside of the bench.
“Its fine uncle.I will find out, Thank you. ” He replied and ignited car.

When he realized reply of an old man, he  turned back only to see empty bench.

See It To Believe It…

He closed the novel that he was reading and slid headphone on the back side of neck.

“Do you believe in ghost,Spirits or Supernatural thing??” He started  Conversation with the only fellow commuter that was present in the train. 
“Yes.” Turning at him, Middle aged man replied.
“Have you ever experienced?”
“No.. but I believe . Tell me do you believe or ever experienced young man?”
“No I don’t believe in ghosts or spirits nor I ever experienced.”
“Mean if you experience you will believe?” Man laughed.
“Mmm.. Might be, but to believe they need to exist and I know they don’..”
The stranger who was sitting next to him, with whom he was having conversation was nowhere. 
The incident that just happened with him was scarry and difficult to believe. The thought that fellow commuter who was actually a ghost with whom he was having Conversation shocked him.
Train halted. It was his station . He got down and started walking slowly thinking about the encounter he just had with a ghost glancing at empty moving train.

..On The Dark Lane

‘Ohh not again .. these late night driving always drives me crazy. Now whom go ask m on right direction or not. There is no one insight..ofcourse at this hour who will be there..except spirits and ghosts.’ He said to himself.
As he was about to start his car, he saw someone coming towards his car from behind in the mirror. Little confused to see a person at this hour on the deserted path, he decided not to ask him and was about to drive, he heard a knock on the car window. He signalled to lower the window. Looking at him he seemed to be gentleman so he lowered.
“Did u just called me??
“Excuse me.. ” he replied in confusion
“You need help so …”
“Yes, but how you know?”
“You are in right direction. Half n hour straight drive from these dark road then you will reach on highway. Don’t take any turns, be on these lane. “
“Thank you so much.” He ignited his car and was about to drive, closing the window glass, “Wait a minute, but how do you know i needed help?” he asked
” Like you said at this hour only spirits and ghosts can help you here.” He said and smiled then began walking back into the darkness.
He was confused with answer but smiled back then suddenly looked back, there was no one. The lane was deserted.
Scared he started driving straight on the dark lane ignoring turns and within few minutes reached highway.
Not all ghosts n spirits are harmful, some are there to help you too.

He stopped his car at one of the motel n sat for few minutes, then closed his eyes and said thankyou to him.

It Follows You … Shadow 

‘A single source of light on a dark path… few dare to walk, sometimes sense someone is there while walking alone.
The classic advice..
Don’t stop, don’t turn, don’t react to the sound… just ignore n walk as fast as you can.
But…
What if you see a shadow following you..
You reach your destination thinking you are now safe, but then you still feel its presence you brush your thought and switch off the light… then suddenly you see a shadow next to you in the night dim light.’

“Stop..this is nonsense.” he says n gets up.. “m going home.”

“Beware.. your lane is haunted i heard..”
“Shutup.”
“Bye. Be safe.”
He waves to his friend n walks off from his friend’s Apartment. 
At 2.45 am On the dark lane with a single source of light walking  alone he feels uneasy… He strongly feels he is not alone.

Into The Woods. 

“Its a scarry night and still we are deep inside the forest. Don’t even know we are on the right track or not. It’s a full moon night that is only a source of light we have, thanks to Torch that got dried away. How can we acted so careless this time..”
“Stop. I think we reached near the main road and we are not alone. See there is someone sitting under the tree.”
“At this hour?in these deep woods. Alone.”
“He is not alone.”
“Yes he is.”
” Can you see that Black shadow?”
He shifted his gaze towards the direction where his friend was pointed his finger and froze.
The shadow was growing bigger as if it was moving towards them.
“Run” His friend screamed holding his his hand.
They were back into the deep woods.
“Let’s wait till morning. ” His friend said.
He was silent with fear thinking about what he just witnessed.

Today’s Sentence: “That was horrifying!”

 The Never Ending Journey From Darkness Towards Life.

She signalled oncoming car to stop and asked for a lift. She was a beautiful young girl all alone at odd hours on a highway. He agreed to drop her.
“What are you doing in the middle of a deserted road at these hour of night.”
“I was left behind by my family and friends.”
“Ohh.. was there many peoples?
“Yeah.” She smiled and replied.
“Mhmm..may be thats why nobody must have noticed you were left behind. Don’t worry, I will drop you home.”
“They knew I am not with them when they left.”
“You think they did deliberatly? You are saying they don’t love or care for you?”
“They loves me too much.. I know.”
“Then why you think they left you all alone like this on the highway road ?”
“Not on the highway road. They left me in cemetery.”
“What?” He looked at her terrified.
“YES. Because.. I am Dead.”
He applied break bringing car on screeching halt.
“Heyy Look… Don’t be scared.”
“You youngsters don’t even see young or old heart before doing such pranks. Spare oldies like me.. You nearly bought me heart attack.”
“Sorry.”
“That was horrifying.”
“Sorry once again. We reached to the destination. That’s my home. I will get down here. Thank you for the lift.” She got down.
Waving towards her he ignited car and was about to drove when he saw her chain with beautiful blue stone pendent lying on the car seat.
He took the pendent and got out of car to call her but she was already gone. He walked towards the home where she had pointed and rang doorbell.
“Hello, can you give these chain to the girl who just came? I mean I gave her lift in my car  that time my eyes caught these beautiful pendent she was wearing and it might came off accidentally and fell on the car seat.  I am in a hurry. Thank you ” He handed chain to the lady and left.
“How is that possible? This was her favourite pendant and it was around her neck when she was burried today noon.” Her mom was staring at a pendent in horror.

Waiting For You…

It was past 3.15 a.m and he was still awake.

Lost in deep thoughts,afraid confused as since morning he was trying to find the reason when his phone rang.

Startled he picked up cellular from the table and kept staring at the number. Since morning he was receiving call from the same number which he was ignoring, later was followed by Series of messages asking him to meet.

“Enough of these calls. How can she call me?” He screamed in frustration and took the call.
“Where are You?”
“In to the Woods.. Where you left me.. Same place… in to the grave.. where you burried me.”
He freezed hearing her voice.
“How…”he stammered, “How can you call me… you…” words trailed off.
“Come or else I will come there… in seconds to take you with me.” She laughed erriely.
He cut the call and banged cellphone on the wall. It broke into two pieces.

Minutes later his cellphone rang again.

“Hello…” This time she was in front of him.

Believe or Not… Sometimes Things Happen Which Cannot Be Explain

In the Dark Moonless Night, Somewhere at unknown place they were walking on the deserted street. Unfortunately their car broke down in the middle of the road. Left with no choice, they had to walk until they find motel or place to spend night. They regret their decision to abandon car and walk on the street, but to turn back was impossible now as they came too far from their car, Even cellular was of no use as there was no signal.

Atlast She broke the uncomfortable silence, “I am Scared. Lets go back… I feel this place is not safe.”

“I too believe we should have wait in the car till morning, but we are at unknown place and sitting in a car on the dark lone street too is not safe. And now Going back is not possible as we came too far.”

“We should have listen to the locals to continue our road trip in the morning.”

“What??? So you want to say our car broke down because today is Dark Moon Day?? You too believe in Bad Omen like them?”

“The Situation we are facing now hints towards their belief.”

He chuckled.. With that they heard weird Sound.

“Did you hear that… What was that sound?”

He signalled her to keep quiet. They looked around. There was no one. Again they hear the same sound. They decided to ignore and continue walking.

On the open barren land, they saw a lone tree. In the dark only a Silhouette of a tree and a crow sitting on top was visible from afar. It was as if the gaze of the crow was following them. When they reached near the tree, the crow transformed into big human shadow. For a moment they freezed, then turned around and ran until they reached their car. Sitting in the car they kept staring at the dark street breathless and frightened. The black shadow appeared at the far end of the street. All of a sudden it charged towards them. It was about to reach the car, but at the same time first ray of Sun touched the ground with that black shadow disappeared. They looked around, nothing, no one… but a peaceful silence. He ignite his car, surprisingly it started.

Now he too felt he should have taken locals advice seriously.

The Unoccupied House.

Forever Mine.. Soul Connection.

She was staring at the empty dark lane from the window when he came towards her. ” Tommorrow this beautiful home will no longer remain ours. Someone will own it forever. “

He turned her sad face towards him, Smiling he said, “Don’t worry, this is not the first time someone will come and stay at our place. This house belongs to us from the last 25 years and will remain ours forever. Many came and left once they find out we still stay here. “

She smiled resting her head on his chest, ” We lived here happily and together took our last breathe at the same place. I can’t share my home with anyone.” He wrapped his arm around her and said, ” You don’t have to my dear… Now time for us to leave, it’s 4. A.m.” 

The house was once again unoccupied.

The Errie Place.

He used to love travelling alone and exploring new places where usually nobody ventures. The silent atmosphere used to calm his mind and the peace to be away from the eyes of the peoples, admiring old abondaned sites gives him a thrill.

While surfing his laptop, One such destination caught his attention. He googled more about details of the place, its history and some more information. The place was challenging to visit as information says it’s not safe to venture at night due to spooky experiences experienced by locals and travellers. Being an avid explorer, he wanted to visit the place as soon as possible.

The day had finally came. Haunted places never scared him as he doesn’t believe in ghosts and spirits. He had visited many haunted sites in the past, but never had any spooky experiences. He reached the place past 4pm. The place was beautiful and the old structure had its own charm. It was the remains of an old big house. Beautiful trees surrounded the structure. Errie silence all over the place with random chirping of the birds and the sound of wind with no humans in sight. He started exploring the place, clicked some pictures, explored the backyard, forest and the old house from inside. He didn’t even realised it was getting dark. By the time he finished exploring the place, sun had already set and it was pitch dark.  Hurriedly he started trekking down towards the main road. While walking down the narrow lane in the dark with dense trees on both sides, the sound of crushing dry leaves under his shoes made him little nervous. The chilled air was unbearable. Atlast he reached main road where his car was parked. Exhausted he sat in the car and drove.

Next evening while checking out the pictures of the trip, he was shocked and scared to see a woman in almost every click staring at him. He was sure there was no one except himself. His head started spinning and felt the chill at the nape of his neck, same like he had felt inside that old house and while trekking down at night. Scared He took out his cell phone from the pocket and clicked a selfie. when he checked out the image, the same woman was standing behind him.

The Dark Secret.(Daily Prompt-Symptom)

It Will Find A Way To Come Out.

“This had been started with Me since one and a half months back. Whenever I switch off my room’s light and try to sleep. It appears from nowhere. I feel like something is crawling on my bed… Sometimes in the middle of the night, I feel a cold touch on my face or body. It happens almost every night. I am really scarred.” while He was explaining his scarry experience to doctor , starring into nothing , sweat beads appeared on his forehead and he was shivering.

After listening to his problem doctor said, ” There is  Nothing to be scarred of. It’s our mind that plays a trick when we are alone or in the dark place. And about crawling and touching sensation in the sleep, It is common with most peoples. It is a symptom called as Sleeping Paralysis.” Doctor gave him Some instructions and prescribed medicines. He was little relieved but still frightened.
At night he scanned his room like he always does before switching off the light. Then, He said to himself, ” Like doctor explained it is nothing but the medical problem.” He took pills and switched off the light. While He was about to sleep, he saw a black shadow of a woman standing near the window starring at him. He put on the lights, but saw no one there. He was scarred because he knew he saw someone, but again brushed it off thinking it as his mind’s trick.

Later in the midnight when he was asleep, he felt a cold touch on his cheeck. Frightened he slowly opened his eyes. He was still feeling like someone was beside him. He thought, when  he is not asleep,  how could this be the symptom called sleeping paralysis. He decided to turn and see if it is real or his imagination. while he was turning Slowly,  he saw her face… very close starring at him. He was freezed. It was not what doctor explained him about medical term or his mind’s trick. She was in real..the ghost was in real and now she was beside him, starring at him angrily.

When he saw her face, the incident that happened couple of months back flashed in front of his eyes. The incident that was kept secret from everyone… the accident which was happened from him when he was driving in drunk state while coming from the party couple of months back.

A young lady who was returning from her late night job was crushed under the wheels of his car. Instead of helping her he left her there and ran away.

Now He realised all this scarry experiences started with him after that accident. She was none other than the girl who he had left to die because of his mistake. His mistake cost her life. He apologized her, but still she was starring at him in anger. He said, “I am sorry. The accident was a mistake. I was afraid and that is why I ran from the spot without helping you. Please leave me alone. “  she smiled and said, “I will be with you forever, so that you will never forget your crime. I will not kill you, but make your life a suffering for you. You left me to die and I will keep you alive. I will make your life itself a punishment for you.”
