When I read the word ‘Shade’, I was little confused on what my post to be based on like a quote or a short story and during that time I came across these particular Prayer on Goddess ‘Hecate’.
I read the prayer and co incidently word ‘Shade’ was there n the prayer it’s mentioned to ‘Share’.
So my this week #SoCS will be prayer. Here I am sharing with you all.

Weight Loss. That’s the add I see every where… be it on flyer, online or even sometimes taking one big full page in newspapers, even flashes constantly on various social networking sites.
Its perfectly fine promoting weight loss in a healthy way by course to lose weight in a healthy ways by different workouts or by selling healthy diets.
It’s important to lose weight eating healthy and even by mere walking one can lose weight, but sadly people loves shortcuts which is not at all good.
The ad which I am trying to pinpoint here is and now a days doing round is ‘Lose weight without excercises or diet, by having some kind of pills.’ Like really??
And m sure many who desperately wants to shed those extra weight definitely falls to such traps and that is the reason I believe this kind of adds doing rounds everywhere had grown up.
Before falling into such traps need to understand and think about side effects and adverse effects it will do on their health that nobody going to tell you to save their businesses.
One need to chose correct ways to shed those extra pounds and the only correct way is to take little extra efforts in their daily life.
Excercise is a must with good nutritions to be healthy.
Wake up and Understand such adds are focused only to do their businesses not to help you shed those extra pounds from your body.
No pills will EVER help loose extra weight.. NEVER.

There is always a reason behind the Act.
Do people realize they are treating bad to the one who loves them or transforms into negative person unknowingly.
Does hatred is so much important in life for them to showcase on someone they knows truly loves them, but some incident happens in life which they never thought when they weren’t in touch and that becomes a reason for their anger that changed them completely and hatred in heart towards them so much that its derives them apart.
Yes i know i am no one to judge or reprimand anyone for their choice òf treating others. Everyone is free to act as per their choice, but what if that other whom they are treating bad or misunderstanding is me, myself?
One needs to understand that sometimes it os possible that they can be wrong too in the first place, which they choses convinient to ignore their own mistakes.
The heart that truly loves accept them even with their mistakes as they see n want only their love and scare losing person once again, but they forget that this acceptance make other believe that they are wrong and they keep insulting, hurting to such level that at one point we think its better to be apart for the sake of own self respect and to keep respect for feelings and love for them.
The only thing I want to say here is, its a thin line between good and bad that we are walking in life and it doesn’t take a minute to change a person from good, bad or worst in life.
‘We all are villain in someone’s life.’ I read these line somewhere and I totally agree.
One should think twice before treating others by keeping themselves in their place and think how would they have reacted if they were in that place or how they would have felt if someone treated them the way they are treating just because they are angry. If they do so it will make them understand what they are doing or becoming?? Remember there are thousands of good memories, time that spent that matters, not one mistake or misunderstanding. One incident should not become the reason to hate who truly loves you from the heart.
Sometimes they should understand its your ownself action is the reason knowingly or unknowingly behind the act that is bothering you. Try to understand the situation of that time before breaking all ties.
Anger changes person and everyone has the right to vent it off on the person they loves i completly agree, but they need to carefully understand situation, if the other person tells you everything their side of story, before judging them.
Relationships are blessings and it takes seconds to break years of togetherness.. t be it with friends, families or loved ones. Try to resolve rather than walkoff.

“I know it’s a high time. But now don’t be depressed, and cherish moment thinking aleast you n I still alive n together since years n years. I hope they will not cut either of us. After these ages of togetherness, I don’t want to lose you, seriously mate.”
“Same feelings. But Why you think you will not get cut??? As you saying you will miss me, It could be vice versa too..don’t you think???(Frowns)”
He laughed. ” I said Just to make mood light. Don’t be so serious.”
They both laughed together. There laughs interrupted by bunch of humans standing in front of them with axes and machines.
“Which tree to cut.. left or right?”
Both trees shared sad glances. “Good bye friend. Time for us to be apart.”
That tree.(pointing to one of the tree). But Cut from there.”

For Mental Health.. Meditate.
As a yoga and meditation trainer by profession I would love to share basic intructions on meditation to lead a peaceful or I say to maintain calm in stressful situation on today’s #SoCS prompt “Instruction”
Every other day at almost every corner of the world news about hatred, negativity is spreading like wild fire. In these situation it is difficult and challenging to maintain mental imbalance and it is a serious issue as directly or indirectly it affects our mind. Most of the time we dont even realize it.
Its always better to spare a few minutes to meditate. If you Start your day with meditation you will feel whole day energetic and positive. If you can’t spare time at morning atleast meditate before you sleep. In short, day or night include the practice of meditation in your daily life for maintaining your mental health.
1. Sit or lie (whatever comfortable or suitable) at a quiet place.
2. Close eyes inhale then slowly exhale.
3. Concentrate on breathing.
4. Push any thought that comes to your mind, try to focus on breathing pattern. Keep your mind free of thoughts, problems. Your focus should be on breathing. Initially it will be difficult but with daily practice one can achieve the result.
5. Meditate and lead a healthy life. It really help to remain calm in a stressful situations and there are many other benefits too. Keep practicing and lead a healthy positive life.

After peaceful month long holiday trip he was back to his multicrore company with full of zest n energy. With refreshed mind he was ready to handle his responsibilities.
He entered in his cabin and sat on his chair, “Ahhh… missed my chair. Now lets get back to work.” He said to himself.
Moments later his partner cum old friend entered, “You’re in the wrong seat.”
“Hey how are you andd What????” He asked laughing.
“Now this company belongs only to me solely. Partnership over.”
“He stood up slowly from his chair shocked and confused realising his friend is not joking but was serious.
“Remember power of attorney you gave to me before leaving? Now will you leave?” He said with a crooked smile.
Blank and shocked he was staring at him. “You Betrayed Me?”
Its an opportunity You gave n I grabbed my dear friend, “You lost everything in your relaxed vacation.”
Unable to handle the reality, his body started shaking. He fell on his chair to never get up.

Confused Emotions… Guilty or Happy.
The last piece of mail that I physically received was of home delivery food bill. It was not a planned treat for myself but purely my lazy decision.
Whenever I decide to cut off on my take away parcel or junk food intake, my lazy mood pops up and wins battle against my resolution.
Whatever… in the end it makes my soul happy but later fills with guilt coz whenever i promise myself that I will strictly stick to only home cooked food but Everytime i break my own decision and this happened numerous time.
I think I need to fine myself to obey my own decision.

The two madly in love chose to spend some quality time with each other at museum as they both love to admire antics, even the chance of getting caught by their respective spouses was less in museum.
Hand in hand they were admiring antiques. There was a huge antic mirror dated thousand years back of a beautiful queen which was decorated with rare diamonds. They both stood in front of the mirror hypnotised by the beautiful carvings, shining diamonds and that’s when he saw his wife.
They ran towards exit which was decorated by beautiful scented fake flowers before being get caught by his wife and find out about their illicit affair.
He opened the exit door, By then silence of the museum broke by continuous sneeze as she was allergic to scent. He freezed on the spot when he saw his wife staring at them. Sure It was end of their romance.

When Corner of Knowledge remains in Dark… The Capacity of Understanding Shrinks. Thinking ability limits, That Eventually Spreads Darkness In the Head Which becomes The Main Reason To ruin or Obstacle In Growth, Success, Bright Future, Peace and Sometimes Relationships.
Lets Enlighten Our Life with Knowledge in every field Related To Us Like Education, Technology, human nature, relationships, health issues like Depression, Mental And Physical problems and mainly about Psychological Conditions like changes in behavourial patterns Even knowledge about Politics, Environment and On n On n On.
Let us discuss more about issues we don’t have much Knowledge and try to help peoples, ourselves and society we live in. Let us spread awareness about Psychological problems which many still don’t know much about. For that the first step is to educate Ourself.
Let us understand the pain of peoples who are suffering from psychological problems, depression, who gets angry, aggressive who was once calm or one who avoid peoples who used to be lively and full of fun. This is the main topic that really needs the light of knowledge.
