Be Positive… Suggestion We Hear the most from Friends and Lovedones while going through difficult times in life.

Does Being positive has the power to eliminate Problems?? Can Being Positive Actually help us to come out from the Pain, Sadness or From Untoward Situations??

My Answer Will Be YES. Positive Attitude towards life is utmost necessary. Being positive help us to remain Calm, Alert and to have patience which is important when problems suddenly crops up in Life.

A calm mind can patiently think the reason behind the problem which helps mind to Focus on correct direction and finds the way to come out from any difficulties. It’s best to face any challenges with a Smile. Depression or Anxiety can only add burden which can worsen the situation that will eventually affect on Physical and Mental Health.

Think problems as a challenges Life throws at you and you have to slove and move ahead towards better Life. Remember Every problems Has A Solution. One just needs to focus on correct direction and that is possible only with the Calm mind and to keep mind Calm, One needs to shed Negativity…

For that Be Positive.

Be Positive and Live A Beautiful Life.

Hot cup of coffee and fresh flowers on the table added beauty to the morning atmosphere with Aroma of Icense Sticks burning aside gave calming effect. She recently added meditation session in her morning routine to flush out tensions and negative thoughts from her mind.

The incident she had witnessed last week while returning from her late night shift was unable  to flush out from her mind. She saw one man gagged woman’s mouth and another stabbed her to death. She screamed and ran from there which attracted killers attention who followed her. Since that day her life changed. Everytime she felt someone was following her, Sometimes she could hear knocks and whispers outside her appartment. Her best friend suggested her to practice meditation to keep out negative thoughts from her mind.  It showed positive effect on her and even hepled her to keep her mind calm and relaxed. Since then she used to practice meditation every morning.

Few hours later, her cellular rang but no one answered, Later door bell rang followed by few more knocks, but no one opened the door. Her worried friend decided to inform her mother that they were supposed to meet today, but she was not receiving her call nor answering doorbell. Tensed her mother reached her appartment with duplicate keys. When they entered the room, they were relieved to see her lying on a yoga mat still practicing meditation.

When they moved towards her, her friend screamed pointing at the mark on her neck. Someone had chocked her to death. Her mother quickly knelt down to check on her pulse, But Her body was Ice cold.

challenge-1

At this particular time I am avoiding overthinking.

My mind needs a break and I am trying to push away disturbing thoughts far away from my mind.

Deep Breaths and Meditation are my guards. It really helps to be calm. Disturbed mind fails to find good solutions and I belive giving stress on mind by keep on thinking will never solve any problem. So No More Thinking About Problems Of Life.

I Trust God, He Will Definitely Help. Good Days Are Coming Towards Us… I Am Positive.

Worries are known as Slow Poison. Every single person in the world has atleast one tension in his life. Agreed, but how much it affect our life makes a difference and it depends on individual.

We see in our surroundings, some people are always smiling as if they never has an encounter with problems in their life, but in reality they might be dealing with the tensions that are more crucial than ours.. Who Knows??

I know many such individuals who are going through financial crisis or dealing with serious issues but still manages to smile and remains happy. With their behaviour no one can guess what situation they are facing.

There are different ways to deal with the problems and one needs to be calm to maintain mental and physical health, so that inner peace will not get disturbed.

You Can’t Change The Situation.. But You Can Change The Way You Look At it And The Ability To Deal With It.

Being a meditation trainer myself, I love to advice everyone that if possible engage yourself in Simple Breathing Techniques And Meditate atleast for few minutes every morning or at any suitable time for mental peace. It really will help to remain positive, calm whole day and in any trying situations… Try It.

Problems, Tensions Are Part Of Life.. They Are Never Ending, But Dealing With It Matters A Lot.

SOUL SEARCHING. (Daily Prompt-GLITTER)

You know what is The most beautiful feeling on the earth?? For me..  Sitting on the edge of the lake at night and to admire it’s beauty and the charm. Alone with no one around except the nature and the cool breeze. I call it Soul Searching.

Dark night and silent lake is the best place to spend few moments with our own self. Sitting and admiring the beauty… glancing at the nature.. Full moon, twinkling stars , moon’s reflection on the lake that makes the dark water glitter  in his soft light… a beautiful sight that makes you calm from inside and helps you forget all the chaos, tensions of the outer world.

Nature has the power to change our mood, no matter what problems we are going through, it helps us to forget all the unwanted thoughts that keeps coming in our mind. Glittery water, beautiful soft moon lit and above glittery stars. Cool breeze and no sound… best place to be in Alone for sometime.
