She was disturbed and silent since last few days. On every little thing she was getting irritated. Fed up by her changed behavior, he made her sit on the bed and asked what is wrong with her.
Giving a stern look She uttered, “You.”
With a Confused look, “Me?? What I did?”
“Because of you I have to live these miserable life. Everything was beautifully going and you came into my life to transform my happy life into hell…”
“What??? Only I am responsible?? Don’t forget it was our mutual decision. And more than me it was you because of whom today we are hiding from the world. I told you murder is not an option but you…”
“What.. I said that’s why you killed him???”
“Yes that’s what I am saying. Let us stop this blame game.. Accept.. Accept it was our joint decision to get rid of your husband but… but I wanted you to divorce him and come to me but you ..you convinced me for murder that you alone planned and everything finished. Our life destroyed. Since that day I can’t sleep thinking how could I took innocent life.. and you blaming me for sin that you dragged me into???”
She was silent, staring in to blank. “We messed up everything. I want to get out of these. I want free life.”
“Now it’s impossible. “
“No.. it’s possible.”
“How?”
“How about you kidnapped me after killing my husband and I killed you in self defense saving my life when you caught me while I was managing to free myself from your clutches?”
“What???Are you out of…”
“She hit him hard with a heavy vase on his head before he realise, that killed him instantly. “
“Sorry”she calmly said and picked her phone, dialled 911.

“How are you?” He asked her.
“Alive.” She replied with a smile and left, hiding tears in the corner of her eyes. He too turned around and started walking towards opposite direction with wet eyes.
It was an encounter between two estranged couple for a second who was madly in love.
Misunderstanding cropped up and two parted ways that they never tried to resolve.
Ego won, Love lost.. two hearts that still love each other distanced forever.

Some Incidents Are Beyond Imagination.

It was a dark night and she was standing alone near the edge of the cliff. Silent, calm, hairs swaying in the soft breeze, her gaze staring blank in to the dark.
He was hiding  behind a big stone and watching her from distance. He checked time, it was 2 A.m. Little confused to see beautiful young girl alone at odd hours on the mountaintop.
He had heard haunting story about woman’s screams coming  from atop from locals and decided to treak alone to find out the truth as he don’t believe in ghosts and spirits.
‘She doesn’t seem ghost to me as she is too beautiful to be ghost.’ He thought and laughed on his own thought. But who is she and what she is doing at this odd hour.
“Suicide??” He blurted out loud. she turned around.
“Hi” He walked towards her .
She smiled, “You thought I am here for suicide?”
“Ummm… Actually yessss… You alone at this deserted place. Not afraid?”
“No .. I love to be here when there is no one. I feel like this is my place.”
“Yes, it’s beautiful and serene, but attached with scarry stories. Doesn’t that scares you to be here alone?”
“Have you heard her cries?”
“I am a tourist n tonight m here to hear that scream.”
“You are not scared?”
“I don’t believe and now that you said you are regular here proves all that stories are false. “
He looked at her, She smiled at him. They both stood silent staring deep into the dark from the top of the cliff. The clear starry skies, twinkling stsrs everything was beautiful. The air now was getting freezing cold, too difficult to bear. Silence broken by beep of his digital wristwatch.
He checked the time, “3.15 am. I set alarm as locals said at this time usually they had heard her piercing scream.”
He looked at her. She was walking closer to the edge.
“Hey Its dark, don’t venture too close to the edge.”
She kept walking and stood at the edge then turned towards him, smiled and jumped from the cliff with the painful scream.
“Noooo.. ” He shouted and ran towards the edge only to see darkness. There was eerie silence in the atmosphere.

Somethings are better keep locked forever.

“Why it is locked?”
“It’s been locked since more than 500years and since then it is here in the basement. Locked by my great grandpa.”
“Is it that old grand dad and that key belongs to the same lock?”
“Yes. So that whatever inside remains locked forever.”
“Uhhh??”
“There is devil locked inside the box.”
“Grand dad… stop fooling me with such stories… Now I am grown up.”
“Its true. And you too don’t ever try to open it and I don’t want you to venture here again. Got it ?? Now lets go from here. (Grandpa stopped walking n turned around to face him)Was the basement door open??”
“Yes. It was open and some noises were coming from inside. So I just went to check in as door was unlocked, but no one was inside. I saw this box and the way it was locked with the key fascinated me.”
Grand dad got confused as he was the only person who had the key to the basement which was with him and he rarely opens the door.
“Forget it now and remember I don’t want you to come down here again. I know your curious mind and you don’t believe old stories, still I want you to stay away from the basement and that box.”
“Yes I will.”
Late at night he woke up with the sound of loud thud. He walked out of his room towards the stairs, there was no one, no sound too. Thinking he might have dreamt in deep sleep he started walking back towards his room and then again he heard loud knocks and thuds coming continuously from downstairs. He hurriedly came down. He walked towards the sound and saw basement door was open. He stood near the half opened door and saw locked box on the table.
He walked towards the box and was about to touch, it started shaking as if someone was knocking from inside.
He ran out of the room and closed the basement door. His grandfather was standing outside.
“I told you not to go inside. They have chosen you. You are the one who heard their knocks as till now no one had ever heard any sound, not even me and you touched the box. (Grandfather paused a minute) You should leave soon, Son. Tomorrow early morning you are going back to your home.”
“Chosen for what?”
“No more questions. Lets go from here.”
“Chosen for what, Grandpa?”
“They have chosen your body for their devil’s spirit which is locked inside that box that desperately wants to come out sensing you heard them and once out it will possess your body.”
He was shaken up by fear.
“Son, I want you to go back and to never return here.. EVER.”
He just nodded.
Again he heard loud thud. He looked at grandpa who heard nothing but understood when his grandson was staring at the door.
He held his hand and took him with him. “Come with me. Tonight you have to take care. Ignore the sound and everything. Just be inside the room. I will be with you. Once sun rises you leave this place to never come back. “

When I read the word ‘Shade’, I was little confused on what my post to be based on like a quote or a short story and during that time I came across these particular Prayer on Goddess ‘Hecate’.

Think Wisely.. Lose slowly.

Weight Loss. That’s the add I see every where… be it on flyer, online or even sometimes taking one big full page in newspapers, even flashes constantly on various social networking sites.
Its perfectly fine promoting weight loss in a healthy way by course to lose weight in a healthy ways by different workouts or by selling healthy diets.
It’s important to lose weight eating healthy and even by mere walking one can lose weight, but sadly people loves shortcuts which is not at all good.
The ad which I am trying to pinpoint here is and now a days doing round is ‘Lose weight without excercises or diet, by having some kind of pills.’ Like really??
And m sure many who desperately wants to shed those extra weight definitely falls to such traps and that is the reason I believe this kind of adds doing rounds everywhere had grown up.
Before falling into such traps need to understand and think about side effects and adverse effects it will do on their health that nobody going to tell you to save their businesses. 
One need to chose correct ways to shed those extra pounds and the only correct way is to take little extra efforts in their daily life.
Excercise is a must with good nutritions to be healthy.
Wake up and Understand such adds are focused only to do their businesses not to help you shed those extra pounds from your body.

No pills will EVER help loose extra weight.. NEVER.

There was almost whole village even nearby villagers had gathered at a particular site to witness and understand what had actually happened last night.
The news had spread like a wild fire. Almost all news channels and media was present to cover and interview him.
He was the sole witness. He had seen UFO last night which according  to him had landed on the particular area that created a big crater on the ground.
” There was a strange sound coming from above. I looked up and saw bright light that was getting brighter and bigger. I hid behind a large tree. When it reached closer there was a blinding colorful lights blinking. It was huge, round in shape like a unique airplane. Slowly it reached close to the open space right here. It made a deafening sound when it landed. There was numerous small windows and inside like a light panels, buttons which was operating by strange looking peoples.”
“Do they got down.”
“Slowly the door opened. They were weird looking humans. Humans or not I don’t know.  They were not like us. One of them saw me and I  got so scared that I ran from there. I don’t know they got down or not.”
“Now it’s a mystery that they got down or not. ” Reporters was covering his story.
Some believed his story some said he cooked up, but no one had the answer about the mysterious crater that appeared last night.

Truth or cooked up, once a sleepy village now became hotspot for visitors in one night as many tourists flocked to see where UFO touched the ground. Villagers took these as an opportunity for earning and to start new business.

She retasted life like a fresh dew of a beautiful morning on a bud of her soul since he came into her life. His small gestures to make her feel special everytime. 

Today when he kissed her hand, She felt Life is smiling back at her once again.
He assured her his love is true and all he wanted her to give him one chance to prove it. He wanted to be part of her life and to accept his marriage proposal.

He wanted to take away all her sorrows and bad memories of her past, filling with smiles and happiness once again. 

She knew he is the one and this is the moment… a chance she should never let it go… The beginning of a beautiful chapter in her life.

Tears rolled down from her eyes and smile carved on her face.

He got his answer.

Love costs Life.

She was sitting in the dark, lost in her thought. He kept his bag on a side couch and holding a bouquet of her favorite flowers slowly moved towards her n wrapped his hands around her from back with a kiss whispering, “Happy Anniversary, Sweetheart.”
The Room was lit with candles. In front of her, Cake was kept on the table with two glasses n bottle of Red wine.
She looked at flowers n took from his hand. There was a beautiful box attached to the bouquet in which a beautiful diamond ring was sparkling.
She then turned to look at him, “Why You Did This?”
“Its our special day and that is the same diamond ring which you set your eyes on last week at the shop, Remember?”
“Not this.”
“Then?”
“Since when its going on in your mind?”
“What? What are you talking about?”
She rapped the table so hard that with the impact cake n bottle of wine fell on the floor. She stood up throwing the bouquet at a corner.
He was looking at her, shocked by her behavior.
“You thought I will not find out that you are planning to divorce and leave me forever?”
“Wait..” He hurriedly went towards the shelf, “Are you skipping your medicines agai…” before he could complete his sentence she charged towards him with a knife n stabbed in his neck from side, he collapsed then turned him around and stabbed him in chest that killed him instantly.
He knew it was dangerous to keep her at home as doctor had warned him to get her admitted in hospital as soon as possible for treatment of bipolar disorder, which had aggravated in recent times due to her skipping of daily medication. But he loved her too much and wanted to celebrate their anniversary at home rather than at hospital. So he decided to admit her after their special day.

Before that she took his life on the same day when they became one… On their 2nd Marriage Anniversary.

He laughed. ” I said Just to make mood light. Don’t be so serious.”
They both laughed together. There laughs interrupted by bunch of humans standing in front of them with axes and machines.
“Which tree to cut.. left or right?”
Both trees shared sad glances. “Good bye friend. Time for us to be apart.”
That tree.(pointing to one of the tree). But Cut from there.”

For Mental Health.. Meditate.

As a yoga and meditation trainer by profession I would love to share basic intructions on meditation to lead a peaceful or I say to maintain calm in stressful situation on today’s #SoCS prompt “Instruction” 

Every other day at almost every corner of the world news about hatred, negativity is spreading like wild fire. In these situation it is difficult and challenging to maintain mental imbalance and it is a serious issue as directly or indirectly it affects our mind. Most of the time we dont even realize it.

Its always better to spare a few minutes to meditate. If you Start your day with meditation you will feel whole day energetic and positive. If you can’t spare time at morning atleast meditate before you sleep. In short, day or night include the practice of meditation in your daily life for maintaining your mental health.

Instructions.
1. Sit or lie (whatever comfortable or suitable) at a quiet place.
2. Close eyes inhale then slowly exhale.
3. Concentrate on breathing.
4. Push any thought that comes to your mind, try to focus on breathing pattern. Keep your mind free of thoughts, problems. Your focus should be on breathing. Initially it will be difficult but with daily practice one can achieve the result.
5. Meditate and lead a healthy life. It really help to remain calm in a stressful situations and there are many other benefits too. Keep practicing and lead a healthy positive life.
