When I read the word ‘Shade’, I was little confused on what my post to be based on like a quote or a short story and during that time I came across these particular Prayer on Goddess ‘Hecate’. 
I read the prayer and co incidently word ‘Shade’ was there n the prayer it’s mentioned to ‘Share’.
So my this week #SoCS will be prayer. Here I am sharing with you all.

Below the beautiful starry niGHT, the natural source of liGHT, into the woods listening to the music of nature that creates with soft breeze, rustling leaves… My soul at peace.
Leaving behind all unwanted fiGHT, stopped chasing material things that now has more value in the world than emotions and sentiments.. I realized in the hard way that only gives temporary happiness in life. 
Content I found true meaning of life lies in the inner peace with true love besides taking every step holding hand through thick and thin.

..On The Dark Lane

‘Ohh not again .. these late night driving always drives me crazy. Now whom go ask m on right direction or not. There is no one insight..ofcourse at this hour who will be there..except spirits and ghosts.’ He said to himself.
As he was about to start his car, he saw someone coming towards his car from behind in the mirror. Little confused to see a person at this hour on the deserted path, he decided not to ask him and was about to drive, he heard a knock on the car window. He signalled to lower the window. Looking at him he seemed to be gentleman so he lowered.
“Did u just called me??
“Excuse me.. ” he replied in confusion
“You need help so …”
“Yes, but how you know?”
“You are in right direction. Half n hour straight drive from these dark road then you will reach on highway. Don’t take any turns, be on these lane. “
“Thank you so much.” He ignited his car and was about to drive, closing the window glass, “Wait a minute, but how do you know i needed help?” he asked
” Like you said at this hour only spirits and ghosts can help you here.” He said and smiled then began walking back into the darkness.
He was confused with answer but smiled back then suddenly looked back, there was no one. The lane was deserted.
Scared he started driving straight on the dark lane ignoring turns and within few minutes reached highway.
Not all ghosts n spirits are harmful, some are there to help you too.

He stopped his car at one of the motel n sat for few minutes, then closed his eyes and said thankyou to him.

You think we love to be only in the dark… Truth is we are around you day n night… Anytime.
The difference is you consider us as fellow humans .. but in reality if you able to spot the difference you will understand  we are are souls n spirits with no body that disappear in a second.

As a yoga and meditation trainer by profession I would love to share basic intructions on meditation to lead a peaceful or I say to maintain calm in stressful situation on today’s #SoCS prompt “Instruction” 

Every other day at almost every corner of the world news about hatred, negativity is spreading like wild fire. In these situation it is difficult and challenging to maintain mental imbalance and it is a serious issue as directly or indirectly it affects our mind. Most of the time we dont even realize it.

Its always better to spare a few minutes to meditate. If you Start your day with meditation you will feel whole day energetic and positive. If you can’t spare time at morning atleast meditate before you sleep. In short, day or night include the practice of meditation in your daily life for maintaining your mental health.

Instructions.
1. Sit or lie (whatever comfortable or suitable) at a quiet place.
2. Close eyes inhale then slowly exhale.
3. Concentrate on breathing.
4. Push any thought that comes to your mind, try to focus on breathing pattern. Keep your mind free of thoughts, problems. Your focus should be on breathing. Initially it will be difficult but with daily practice one can achieve the result.
5. Meditate and lead a healthy life. It really help to remain calm in a stressful situations and there are many other benefits too. Keep practicing and lead a healthy positive life.

“Must be century old.. isnt it?”
“Correction.. its centuriesssss.. old. Locals believes these structure might be very first structure of these town and that its still exists in good condition..even though no one stays here nor anyone dares to enter.”
“But the gate is open.”
“Yes it was always like that. Unlocked. It is said that at night wierd voices comes from inside. Thats why no one comes or stays in these lane. I bought you here to show this structure coz u love ancient structures and you are my guest n visiting first time to my home town to meet my family sweetheart.”
“I love you. Let me take some pictures of this place. Gates, carvings n overall haunting view is so majestic.”
“Nooo. She screamed and stopped him from clicking.”
“What happened?”
“Dont take pictures of these place. Its like invitation for curse to follow whoever clicks the picture. People says whatever curse or spirit that resides inside follows that person. There are several incidents that whoever had clicked these place had disappeared or something bad happened. You not clicked.. did you?”
“No i didnt.”
“Now lets go back , mom must be waiting at home.”
“Lets go.”
“Don’t you feel cold?”
“Yes it’s freezing cold.”
“Instead of walking we should have drive.”
Sometimes walking gives pleasure. Hand in hand, leisure talks and sweet kisses in between..” he said with kissing her lips.
“Yes.. walking not bad actually.” She smiled n kissed him back holding his arms started walking.
He removed mobile from his pocket. There was a picture of that gate which he managed to click just before she stopped him.
He looked behind. The gate n their carvings everything was as if it was staring back at him.
He quickly deleted picture.
Aftr hvng dinner he cme to his room n switched off light.
Morning he opens his eyes and get up from bed confused, “Where am I?”
He goes towards the window n stare in shock… “Its not possible. I am dreaming.. i know i am dreaming… wake up damn it …wake uppppp… wake uppppp…” he screams. He ran to open doors but it was locked.
Scared he ran back towards window for help, but No one was on the deserted street except fog and errie silence. Between fog the wierd creature carvings staring back at him.

Some People always smiles at the world but who knows what really is going in their heart… As No one can imagine a smiling face or carefree attitude one is showing must be the most saddest person… who knows.

I love such souls as they are still spreading smiles n happiness arround them..that positivity one day will definetly help them come out from the trying situation they are presently going and one day Almighty will fill their life with beautiful moments..as I believe God is with such person n help them who Believe in Themselves n Him n His supreme Power.
