Alone she was enjoying a glass of wine at her favourite topfloor  terrace flat at famous highrise apartment to celebrate first anniversary of her book that published last year. It was a blockbuster supernatural novel.
Midnight view of the beautiful glittering street lights n billboards from her bedroom terrace seems as if stars scattered around.
With a soft music n glass of wine she was enjoying the view when suddenly sound of a thud brought her back to the senses.
She kept wine glass on a small table and slowly moved towards the big glass terrace door opening towards her bedroom  and looked around, there was no one, but a book kept on a bedside table was on floor. Slowly she went inside, picked up a book n kept on table. She felt presence of someone inside room as if staring at her, but there was no one.
The soft pastel curtains was swiftly swaying with a breeze. She checked the time, it as 3.02 a.m. She turned around n walked again towards terrace and took a glass of wine, sat on a chair, mind occupied with the wierd instances she just experienced.
Brushing aside thoughts thinking must be her mind playing games due to sleepy she finished glass of wine and got up.  Feeling sleepy she walked towards bedroom and froze by the sight. She saw a woman sleeping on her bed with the same book besides which had fallen minutes earlier.  Slowly she turned her to see a face and screamed in horror looking at the uncanny resemblance they both had except a blood oozing out from her head injury. The blow on her head had killed her instantly.
With a trembling hand she lifted book that was beside her. It was the same book she had published a year ago.
Hurriedly she went towards the mirror, there was no reflection of her. Slowly events of the night unfolded. She was out with her friends for dinner to celebrate her success. There she was followed by her rival who had accused her of stealing his work. On the pretext of congratulating her with apology he came to her house and killed her with blow on her head with a heavy metal vase.

It Follows You … Shadow 

‘A single source of light on a dark path… few dare to walk, sometimes sense someone is there while walking alone.
The classic advice..
Don’t stop, don’t turn, don’t react to the sound… just ignore n walk as fast as you can.
But…
What if you see a shadow following you..
You reach your destination thinking you are now safe, but then you still feel its presence you brush your thought and switch off the light… then suddenly you see a shadow next to you in the night dim light.’

“Stop..this is nonsense.” he says n gets up.. “m going home.”

“Beware.. your lane is haunted i heard..”
“Shutup.”
“Bye. Be safe.”
He waves to his friend n walks off from his friend’s Apartment. 
At 2.45 am On the dark lane with a single source of light walking  alone he feels uneasy… He strongly feels he is not alone.

Into The Woods. 

“Its a scarry night and still we are deep inside the forest. Don’t even know we are on the right track or not. It’s a full moon night that is only a source of light we have, thanks to Torch that got dried away. How can we acted so careless this time..”
“Stop. I think we reached near the main road and we are not alone. See there is someone sitting under the tree.”
“At this hour?in these deep woods. Alone.”
“He is not alone.”
“Yes he is.”
” Can you see that Black shadow?”
He shifted his gaze towards the direction where his friend was pointed his finger and froze.
The shadow was growing bigger as if it was moving towards them.
“Run” His friend screamed holding his his hand.
They were back into the deep woods.
“Let’s wait till morning. ” His friend said.
He was silent with fear thinking about what he just witnessed.

The Innocent Heart

Being poor is a sin in the world. One who comes hurl abuses, blames or insults as if poor has no emotions or feelings. Everyday his mother has to go through this. She was servant in the mansion and he used to accompany her everyday. He didn’t like when his mom has to face abuses when she is not wrong. He used to see tears in the corner of her eye every single time whenever her owner insults.

One day the owner was blaming his mom on stealing some valueables. She was pleading and denying but he was in no mood to listen. He grabbed her hand and pulled her outside. Her son who was playing in the lawn was watching everything that was happening with his mom. It was too much to bear for the little child. He picked up a stone and put it in the catapul targetting the owner, it stricked hard on his forehead. He was shocked by the little boy’s action. The boy came forward and said, “I am sorry. I just hit you with the small stone and it gave you so much pain and anger. You always insults my mom and your abusive words hits my heart just like the catapulated stones and hurts me badly.” At that moment one of the servant came running outside with the lost valueables and said, ” Sir, I think you forgot this in the meeting room.”

She said, “We are poor but never steal. We too have self respect.” Owner felt guilty. Before he could say anything mom and son left the mansion forever.

The Love That Failed. (Daily Prompt- Fortune)

I Chose Mind Over Heart.

She left her boyfriend of six years when a rich and handsome boy proposed her for marriage. Did She dumped Her boyfriend for a rich guy or was that Her practical decision or say difficult situation where She needs to think by Mind more than a Heart??

Too many views.. some in Her support, some against Her. But very few or may be no one knows the real reason behind Her decision except Her.. most will say She got attracted to His fortune and dumped Her Boyfriend, Few will call Her Gold Digger or Heart Breaker.
…And The Truth Behind Her Decision…
I dumped my boyfriend of six years… not an easy decision. Six faithful years proves that I am not someone who loves to play with the feelings or with someones heart or someone who easily gets attracted to money. I knew my boyfriend was not rich, nor do I. But I dreamt of a beautiful life post marriage…. Actually we dreamt, Me and my boyfriend, but to walk on the lane to fulfill dreams needs dedication, hardwork and that was missing.. Not from me, but from him. Only love and promises is not enough to lead a beautiful life that we have dreamt together. I have experienced poverty… I don’t want to live again the same life, when I know I can achieve everything that I desired. I started my beautiful journey towards the dream destination soon after my graduation. I worked hard to maintain a lifestyle that I was currently living with the money I myself earned, but I need my partner to walk with me too, to show his support to be there where we dreamt of , but he was nowhere.. He just wanted to enjoy life.. thats good .. but from my hard earnings???

I know His love for me was true, His feelings was real. I thought with time He will change, will be serious with His life , but No.. He was not. Little irritation and small fights started between us. Every other day we fought with each other, but love was intact between us.  He thought I changed, but I was not… I wanted Him to change, not in the way He treats me, but in a professional way. Differences increased but we sticked together.. You know.. our love was that deep. By then one day  I got a good marriage proposal.. I told him .. still nothing changed. May be He took me and My love for granted. By now my mind was more powerful then my heart… My mind explained My heart… told to think about Life in the long term.. Heart kept quiet.. Mind won.. I said Yes.. Yes to the good proposal… Yes to the life I always dreamt of… Today I am  happy .. My mind was right.
Call me anything.. I knew I did right. My decision was right.. yes may be little selfish, but to take love for granted is wrong too.

Whoever think I did wrong, Once Keep your daughter or yourself in my place and then think what would be the correct decision… then decide Was I wrong or Right.

sometimes An illiterate teaches the most important and valueable lessons of life.

Sometimes the Smile and satisfaction on the face of poor proves that the real meaning of happiness doesnt lie in luxuaries..

The truth is we dont need a special day or occassion,  but Ordinary day, peoples or situation can make any day special or full of happiness. change the outlook towards life and see the changes.  Afterall attitude matters the most.

 The way you look at the world, what you attract inside you weather it’s  positivity or negativity that is more important. Understand this simple things in life  then everyday will be special, happy and memorable.

The Dark Secret.(Daily Prompt-Symptom)

It Will Find A Way To Come Out.

“This had been started with Me since one and a half months back. Whenever I switch off my room’s light and try to sleep. It appears from nowhere. I feel like something is crawling on my bed… Sometimes in the middle of the night, I feel a cold touch on my face or body. It happens almost every night. I am really scarred.” while He was explaining his scarry experience to doctor , starring into nothing , sweat beads appeared on his forehead and he was shivering.

After listening to his problem doctor said, ” There is  Nothing to be scarred of. It’s our mind that plays a trick when we are alone or in the dark place. And about crawling and touching sensation in the sleep, It is common with most peoples. It is a symptom called as Sleeping Paralysis.” Doctor gave him Some instructions and prescribed medicines. He was little relieved but still frightened.
At night he scanned his room like he always does before switching off the light. Then, He said to himself, ” Like doctor explained it is nothing but the medical problem.” He took pills and switched off the light. While He was about to sleep, he saw a black shadow of a woman standing near the window starring at him. He put on the lights, but saw no one there. He was scarred because he knew he saw someone, but again brushed it off thinking it as his mind’s trick.

Later in the midnight when he was asleep, he felt a cold touch on his cheeck. Frightened he slowly opened his eyes. He was still feeling like someone was beside him. He thought, when  he is not asleep,  how could this be the symptom called sleeping paralysis. He decided to turn and see if it is real or his imagination. while he was turning Slowly,  he saw her face… very close starring at him. He was freezed. It was not what doctor explained him about medical term or his mind’s trick. She was in real..the ghost was in real and now she was beside him, starring at him angrily.

When he saw her face, the incident that happened couple of months back flashed in front of his eyes. The incident that was kept secret from everyone… the accident which was happened from him when he was driving in drunk state while coming from the party couple of months back.

A young lady who was returning from her late night job was crushed under the wheels of his car. Instead of helping her he left her there and ran away.

Now He realised all this scarry experiences started with him after that accident. She was none other than the girl who he had left to die because of his mistake. His mistake cost her life. He apologized her, but still she was starring at him in anger. He said, “I am sorry. The accident was a mistake. I was afraid and that is why I ran from the spot without helping you. Please leave me alone. “  she smiled and said, “I will be with you forever, so that you will never forget your crime. I will not kill you, but make your life a suffering for you. You left me to die and I will keep you alive. I will make your life itself a punishment for you.”

The Twisted Love. (Daily Prompt-Acceptance).

The Never Ending Wait….

They met and soon got into relationship. It seems like a fairytale love story to her. They accidently met at the liabrary, their books got exchanged and thats how they started to know each other. Soon numbers were exchnged between them and then coffee outings. One day he asked her for a date, She was too happy to decline and said Yes.  He proposed her and she accepted. They were madly in love with each other. Everything happened in a couple of months.

Weekdays, weekend outings, nightouts, parties ..life was fun for them.  Romance was in the air. Soon He got shifted to her place, so that they can spend every moment with each other. Days passed by and one day she gave him the most happiest news , “I Am Pregnant. Soon You are going to be dad and me Mom.”  She was expecting their baby.  He smiled and took her in his arms. That was the best moment for her. She decided to celebrate this news and planned for a great romantic dinner. She asked him to come home soon tonite. He hugged her, kissed her forhead and said, ‘ I Will‘.
Later at evening she prepared dinner, arranged everything, took shower and dressed beautifully for the romantic night. Aromatic candles were lit in every corner of the room. The ambience was romantic. She was excited, smiling and eagerly waiting for him. She thought,” It’s 8.30 pm, He should be home by now.” But he was not.  Now its 9.45pm, worried She tried his number and it went unanswered.

She checked his room. His wardrobe was empty. He took all his belongings when he left this morning. She came to know he was gone and this wait is never ending. He left her forever.

She was shattered from inside. It was depressing for her and too difficult to accept the fact that he was cheating her all these months. The morning hug, forehead kiss and goodbye was for the last time. He left her when she needed him the most.

She Loved Him Truly… He Loved Her Physically.

Think Before You Preach.(Daily Prompt-Hesitate)

Once I Am Gone…. I am Gone.

When He proposed His Girlfriend of Three Years for Marriage, She kept One condition before accepting His beautiful ring… His Parents will not stay with them after marriage.

Not expected this answer from her, he kept staring at the ring he was holding in his hand, mind occupied with the thought of his loving , caring, ever smiling parents who always believe in sharing happiness. How can he go home and tell them about the condition that was kept by his girlfriend, who are eagerly waiting to hear the answer. How can he ask them to leave their home, because his would be wife don’t want them after marriage.

He made up his mind and put the ring back in to his pocket once again and said, “I am sure I will Find Someone who will equally love my parents as I love them. I want to spend my life with the one who understands me, respects my parents and who knows my happiness lies where my parents are. All these years neither you understood me, nor I do.” Saying this He walked away.

Shocked She kept staring at him. She wanted to say something, but hesitated as she knew her condition was not at all appropriate. She wanted to stop Him, but He was already Gone.

Rhythm Of Life.(Daily Prompt-Rhythmic)

 We get life once, we live once. In this one time journey, we have to do everything, achieve great heights, enjoy, make and rectify  mistakes and then learn from them, travel every possible corner of the world, create and maintain old new relationships with our peoples, strangers or whoever we meet in this small journey. While enjoying all this phases of life we come across many ups and downs, happy and sad moments. That moments are Rhythm Of Life.

Ups and downs are the part and parcel of life which is unavoidable. They are the real challenges to live life. Without these rhythm you will never understand the value of life, happiness and success. Some people stop their journey if they get hit by the wrong moments or come across bad experiences in their life’s journey. That’s not right. Agreed we humans have emotions and sentiments. We get hurt by some incidents say like unfaithfulness, trust issues, misunderstandings or cheating by lovedones. When you go through any of such situation and feel like quitting or to stop or pause your life ask yourself one question, ‘Why waste our precious time or moment of life for someone else mistake?? Does it really worth it??’  

One should understand Ups and Downs, Happy and Sad moments are the heartbeat of life…this rhythmic moments makes us feel we are alive. We enjoy Our happiest moment of Life because We know what sadness is. Downfall teaches Us to be humble, helps Us realise Our strength, makes Us understand Our patience level and after going through all this turmoil when We reach up… that taste of Success can’t match anything in the whole world.. that success you achieved is Our Victory.

Enjoy this rhythmic life that help us keep going. Remember whatever happens, journey should never stop. Keep walking towards desired destination enjoy the journey, face all the challenges with a smile. Be positive and walk on the path of life. Challenges are the passing phase .. they will come and go.. and that will make the taste of success more beautiful.

Nature. (Daily Prompt- SOUND)

The proof God exists.

The real magic and the proof that God exists is the Nature. During rains nature is amazing and  it is the best time to enjoy somewhere at the beautiful places, hilly areas or by going for trekking with friends or alone to admire nature’s beauty.  Even the Sounds of thunderstorms, with lightening and rains falling on trees, fresh leaves or on roofs and wet streets with greenary everywhere is so soothing for mind and eyes.

Rains the most beautiful and romantic season. The smell of the wet earth always brings back the memories of childhood and smile on the face. I still love to get wet in the rains. The cool breeze and the  fierce look of the sky with lightening in between the dark clouds and the sound of thundering still scares me.

Rains and childhood are inseparable. We all have childhood memories related to rains. They are the best among all the beautiful memories. While returning from school, the little storms, the lone wet streets, going home playing in the rains with friends, getting wet even after having umbrellas, the sound of thunders with  lightening used to scare us but still the enjoyment and fun to get wet with closed umbrellas never stopped. 

Scary and beauty the two beautiful combination something like, I know it’s danger but I can’t Avoid it too.

OVERWORKED.(DAILY PROMPT)

HUMANITY,EMOTIONS,SENTIMENTS???

Humanbeings are the intelligent and social animals on the earth. Humanbeings are known for their humanity. They are the most sensitive and emotional living beings. One question… Where do their intelligence and emotions go when they treat animals in inhuman way??
Overworked and exhausted sight of animals makes us think where is humanity, heart, sentiments and emotions disappear when this so called intelligent species on earth treat animals in the cruel way. It really breaks heart when the hungry and tired animals are seen on the road working in the pain nonstop for hours silently. They seem so weak yet are loaded with double of their weight with items and seem to be working for hours nonstop without food or water. It seems like their teary eyes asking question to every human being, “what is my mistake that I am getting punished in this way?? ”
It really breaks heart in to pieces. How can be their masters so cruel. Atleast they should think they are earning, having food because this poor animals work day and night. Atleast treat them properly with basic needs.. medicines and let them rest between work.Little love and care will not cost much.

AESTHETIC.(Daily Prompt)

Once in a lifetime everyone falls in love, The real true love. Now a days we see teenage puppy love happening around us, Today together, tommorrow breakup. It’s an attraction that happens in a particular age and that’s normal. what is not right is the vulgarity that is displayed in the name of love, that is PDA.
Love is a beautiful feeling. To express the real love one doesn’t need to showcase their feelings by touching, kissing or going beyond that in a full public view. Real love never ask all this and true lovers will never do such things. It’s just an infactuation which couples think they are madly in love. Love can’t happen in a day or two. Agreed we say LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT, Yes we get attracted to one person at first sight but that is attraction not love. Love grows slowly… Love is soul to soul connection more than mere physical attraction.
Falling in love is not a bad thing or any crime. But due to such PDA people raise their eyebrows if someone says I AM IN LOVE or THIS WEEKEND ME AND MY LOVE GOING TO SPEND TIME ALONE.  That’s not wrong but the way today love is displayed is not right.
Love is pure. Couples are confused with physical attraction and emotional attachment.
Love is beautiful.. express it beautifully, aesthetically.

LOVE SHOULD BE AESTHETIC, NOT VULGAR.
